At Fashion Haven Shop, we want every piece from our globally-inspired collections to bring you the same joy we experience in creating them. Should an item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same effortless grace as our flowing silhouettes.

Our Bohemian Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Like our limited-edition collaborations, some items are excluded (see below).

Note: Final sale items marked “Ulla’s Closet,” “Vacation Edit,” and our exclusive “Ulla Johnson x Cabana Home Décor” collection cannot be returned or exchanged, just as these special pieces are one-of-a-kind in our stores.

The Artisanal Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Return Request Template:

I would like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]:

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is approved:

  1. Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  2. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your email confirmation
  3. Securely seal the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US returns. International customers will receive instructions for the most cost-effective return method. All return shipping costs (except for original shipping fees) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 5-7 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Note: Your bank may take additional 3-5 business days to post the refund

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify your desired exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Global Considerations: Due to international shipping restrictions, we cannot process exchanges between different product categories (e.g., exchanging a dress for jewelry). In these cases, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of these special collections, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items from “Ulla’s Closet” (pre-loved designer pieces)
  • “Vacation Edit” collection (limited seasonal items)
  • Ulla Johnson x Cabana Home Décor collaborations
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
